The course is aimed at teaching participants how to adopt peer observation of teaching in the primary school classroom
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will complete the following:
(a) Identify various models of peer observation
(b) Explore the importance of peer observation ‘ground rules’
(c) Assess teaching strategies under various headings
(d) Explore the benefits of adopting peer observation of teaching
