26-8648 Mindful March: Presence, Patience, and Peace at Work

Supporting others starts with supporting yourself. This ten-part Wellbeing Webinar Series for Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) is designed to guide, inspire, and nurture those working at the heart of inclusive education. Running monthly from September to June, each session explores a different theme—from optimism and mindfulness to nourishment and rest—offering practical tools, reflective space, and emotional support.

Rooted in research and shaped by real classroom experiences, the series encourages SNAs to prioritise their own wellbeing so they can continue to show up with calm, clarity, and compassion. Whether you’re seeking to reduce stress, boost resilience, or simply carve out a moment for yourself, this series is your monthly invitation to pause, breathe, and grow.
