This online workshop is interactive in nature and provides attendees with the opportunity to explore and appreciate the concept and advantage of a distributive leadership style in an educational setting. This workshop is suitable for established school leaders, middle leadership team members and aspiring school leaders.

Takes place over 2 evenings: 22nd and 29th September at 5.30pm online.

Professional Bio:

Kieran Sweeney is an accredited Post Primary based coach with experience as an AP1, Deputy

Principal, Principal and previous Director of the Limerick Education Centre. He is a qualified and certified leadership coach. He is a trained and approved competency based interview chairperson with the JMB.
