Autism awareness, understanding and acceptance in an education setting: exploring autism from a strengths based perspective and how best to support autistic students in the classroom.

This webinar will explore autism from an education perspective in detail. It will provide an outline of autism, criteria for diagnosis, explores a strengths based perspective to accommodating autistic students in the classroom and provides pointers on how to adapt the curriculum and environment to promote engagement.
