Mindfulness Tools-Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course


We are delighted to announce that we will run a summer course in Mindfulness Tools & Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. This course is based on the well-established MBSR Course. It includes course materials which comprise of guided meditations and a course workbook.

What is MBSR? Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction was developed over 30 years ago by Dr.Jon  Kabat Zinn.It was originally developed to help people suffering from stress and stress related disorders. This programme encourages us to to live in the present and be aware of what is happening right now, rather than dwelling in the past or worrying about the future.

All our summer courses are booked on the condition that the course fee is non-refundable. Course Fees are not transferrable to another teacher. Unfortunately, if you wish to cancel your place on one of our courses or you are unable to attend the course, we are not in a position to refund fees.


In the event that the minimum number of participants required do not apply then the Centre will be obliged to cancel the course and all monies will be refunded in full.
