About the Facilitator
Pam O’Leary is an experienced and passionate Guidance Counsellor, SPHE specialist, and Restorative Practice trainer with nearly 20 years of dedicated service in supporting student wellbeing across diverse post-primary school settings. With a strong belief in the power of inclusive education, student voice, and innovative teaching, Pam has become a leading advocate for holistic approaches to student development and care.
A published author, Pam has co-authored My Wellbeing Journey 2 and My Wellbeing Journey 3 (Gill Education), two widely used Junior Cycle SPHE textbooks designed to empower young people with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
